What you will do as a Platform Engineer You will join our Platform Team and help build the platform components that our product teams rely on. Together, you will ensure that complex challenges regarding scalability, tenant isolation, messaging, and deployments do not have to be solved repeatedly. We work according to an agile mindset, with short feedback loops and a strong focus on delivering value quickly. In this role, you will work on fundamental platform challenges that impact all product teams within Protime. You build solutions once, so that others can rely on them every day. Specifically: You develop and maintain platform components on top of Azure and AKS.

You build solutions around multi-tenancy, tenant orchestration, configuration management, and messaging.

You develop internal tools and APIs that are used daily by our product teams.

You help expand our cell-based architecture.

You work on reliable messaging and data systems for a multi-tenant SaaS platform.

You contribute to thinking about architecture, scalability, and developer experience.

You take ownership of what you build, including in production.

You work closely with Cloud Engineers and SREs to realize performant and reliable solutions.

Your mindset and skills Software engineering background in .NET.

Experience with Azure cloud services.

Experience with distributed systems or service-oriented architectures.

Experience with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ, Service Bus, Kafka, or similar.

Interest in scalable architectures and complex technical issues.

You take ownership and enjoy working within a team.

Good knowledge of English.

Nice to haves Experience with Kubernetes or AKS.

Knowledge of multi-tenant SaaS architectures.

Experience with Infrastructure as Code.

Experience with developer platforms or internal tooling.

Experience within a fast-growing SaaS environment.

What do we offer you? Gross salary: between € 4000 and € 5200 per month, depending on experience.
