Retail Sales Advisor - Menidi Attica
We are looking for a Sales Advisor to join the B2C team as part of the Fully Integrated Energy Services Department at the Protergia store in Menidi (10 Thrakomakedonon Ave, Acharnes, 13671).
By participating in this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience and contributing to the success of our store. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, offering personalized assistance and expertise to help them find the products and services that best meet their needs.
Your role will be crucial in achieving sales targets, maintaining high standards of store organization, and ensuring a welcoming and clean environment for all visitors.
Additionally, you will effectively handle customer complaints, maintaining loyalty and trust, and providing excellent after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personalized customer service
- Understanding customer needs and proposing appropriate solutions
- Contributing to the achievement of store sales targets
- Effective complaint management with the aim of maintaining the customer relationship
- Providing after-sales support and resolving issues
- Following up on customer requests for timely service
- Managing cash transactions securely
- Organizing and renewing displays and maintaining store cleanliness
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a sales environment
- Experience in the energy sector will be considered an additional asset
- Willingness for continuous learning, adaptability, and attention to detail
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Very good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
