Overhaul & Maintenance Valve Manager

1. Define Action Plan goals and departmental resource plans in alignment with the company's Business Plan, covering Manpower, Equipment, Tools, Material, and Capacity
2. Manage and control Inspection, Disassembly, Cleaning, Repair, Machining, Assembly, Setting, Installation, and Testing work to comply with Specification, Procedure, Drawing, and defined standards
3. Plan and control Project, Shutdown / Turnaround work to achieve Scope, Schedule, Quality, Safety, and Cost Target

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; or High Vocational Certificate in Mechanical, Production Technology, Mechanical, or a related field with direct experience in Valve / Mechanical Maintenance At least 10 years of experience in Valve Maintenance, Valve Repair, Valve Inspection, Valve Testing, or Mechanical Maintenance in an industrial field; with at least 5 years of experience in Team / Project / Workshop / Maintenance management Knowledge of Valve, Piping, Mechanical Maintenance, Drawing / P&ID, Inspection, Repair, Testing, and related standards Understanding of Cost Estimation, Quotation, Cost Control, Contract / Scope of Work, and the ability to support Business Development High leadership skills, able to manage teams of technicians, engineers, and subcontractors, including Coaching and personnel development Able to read, write, and communicate well in technical English Systematic thinker with good analytical and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills Able to work under pressure and time constraints Possess a quality and safety mindset
