Job Descriptions: Building inspections & encroachment checks Concierge & front-line duties Handling enquiries Monitoring building facilities and maintenance Able to coordinate technicians, contractors and service vendors effectively. To perform random checks on trucks/lorries exiting the site Perform other operational duties Job Requirements: Able to work independently as well as part of an operational team. Responsible, resourceful and proactive with a positive attitude towards learning. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Able to coordinate technicians, contractors and service vendors effectively. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to communicate with clients, contractors and internal staff. Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,400.00 per month Work Location: In person / West Area
