Your Tasks

• Processing of imports
• Organization of ocean freight shipments
• Coordination with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents
• Checking and preparing commercial and customs documents
• Monitoring of freight and ancillary costs
• Maintenance of customs and Intrastat data
• Ensuring smooth processes and optimization of workflows

Your Profile

• Training in wholesale and foreign trade or comparable
• Experience in import business
• Knowledge of ocean freight, customs, and document verification
• Proficient in handling ERP-Systemen
• English skills as well as a structured way of working
