Your tasks
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a key role in connecting talented education professionals with schools across London. You'll manage your own candidates and clients, build long-term relationships and take ownership of your success.
You'll be responsible for
- Developing and managing relationships with schools and education professionals
- Sourcing, interviewing and registering candidates
- Matching teachers and support staff with suitable opportunities
- Business development and winning new clients
- Managing your own candidate and client pipeline
- Negotiating fees and terms
- Working towards individual and team targets
- Providing a first-class service to both candidates and schools
Requirements
