Assistant Head Alternative Provision

Location: Henley-In-Arden area Candidate: Must have car due to rural site Working Pattern: Full-time, Monday-Friday Hours: 8:00am4:30pm

We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed and experienced Assistant Head to join an alternative provision setting in the Worcester area. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated education professional who is passionate about supporting young people who may have faced barriers to accessing mainstream education. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Headteacher, leading staff and helping to create a safe, positive and inclusive environment where every young person has the opportunity to succeed.

The role

• Support the Headteacher in the day-to-day leadership and management of the provision.
• Provide strong leadership and guidance to teaching and support staff.
• Promote high standards of behaviour, attendance and engagement.
• Support the development and implementation of effective educational and pastoral strategies.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, families and external professionals.
• Contribute to safeguarding and the wider wellbeing of all pupils.
• Help drive continuous improvement across the provision.

Working hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00am4:30pm
