What profile are we looking for?

• Advanced/fluent English proficiency (Mandatory): Ability to maintain business conversations with fluency and naturalness (we do not require a formal degree, but it will be evaluated in the interview).
• Commercial firmness and persuasion: Total confidence in face-to-face/telephone interactions, direct negotiation capacity, and effective control of the interaction with the client.
• Achievement orientation: Motivation to reach and exceed commercial goals.
• Experience or vocation in sales: Openness to continuous learning and facing demanding commercial challenges.
