Job Summary As a quantity surveyor, you will estimate costs, material quantities, and project timelines while collaborating with teams and clients to ensure projects stay on track and meet commercial objectives. Responsibilities Analyze shop drawings to determine project quantities and prepare detailed quotations by clarifying scope and client requirements Liaise with clients to resolve unclear project scope and align expectations for accurate cost estimation Coordinate with subcontractors to manage delivery schedules and ensure timely execution of awarded contracts Prepare shop drawings when required to support project planning and execution Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets Forecast project progress and prepare accurate progress work claims for financial tracking
