Job Summary
We are seeking a competent and customer-focused Technician to diagnose, repair, and upgrade PCs, notebooks, and Mobile Phones and AIO systems while providing expert advice and support to customers.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose hardware and software issues in Mobile Phones, PCs, notebooks, and AIO systems to ensure accurate repair solutions
- Assemble and disassemble laptops and desktops to facilitate repairs and upgrades
- Perform quality checks, quality control, and performance testing to verify repair effectiveness
- Provide expert advice and support to customers to enhance their understanding and satisfaction
- Maintain a positive work attitude with pride and a strong sense of responsibility in all tasks
- Learn and apply new repair techniques through provided training to improve technical skills
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Information technology, Sales and Marketing, Finance, Business Management, Economic, Digital marketing, etc.
- Preferably with at least 5 years of experiences in the related field, with excellent sales and presentation skills
- Personal experience with repairing computers to support hands-on troubleshooting and repair tasks'
- 6 working days per week, work on weekends and public holiday if needed.
- Good command of computer operation
- Proficient in using Photoshop and MS office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good command in English with excellent communication and writing skills
- Highly motivated and is results-oriented
