Your tasks

Today we want to incorporate into our team a Bilingual Private Security Supervisor, who will be responsible for coordinating and supervising security operations on the ground, leading work teams, and ensuring compliance with operational standards, security processes, and client requirements, in facilities located in the Quilicura sector.

• Supervise and coordinate the operational tasks of the assigned security teams.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, security standards, and protocols established by the client and the company.
• Manage operational contingencies, timely coordinating the necessary actions to ensure service continuity.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, users, and internal areas, including interaction in English when the operation requires it.
• Perform operational reports, attendance control, shift coverage, and monitoring of management indicators.
• Lead, guide, and develop the collaborators under their responsibility.

Requirements

What are we looking for in you?

• Experience leading work teams in operational, logistics, productive, service, or security environments.
• English level intermediate to advanced (oral and written communication ability).
• Completed High School (mandatory).
• Technical or higher studies related to administration, operations, or people management (desirable).
• Security Supervisor course (not mandatory).
• Availability to work in a shift system.
• Availability to work on-site in Quilicura.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools at a user level.
• Leadership, organization, customer orientation, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Minimum education: High School / Technical
• 2 years of experience
• Age: between 25 and 45 years
