ATM Support Engineer

About the company

At PROSEGUR, we are looking for a professional to technically lead our team of Junior and Senior technicians at a national level, providing specialized second-level support for ATM, IPC, and Cash Today.

Your tasks

• Lead and technically accompany the field team.
• Manage and resolve high-complexity technical incidents.
• Coordinate implementation, integration, and maintenance projects for ATM.
• Act as a technical liaison with manufacturers and GRG/OEM support teams.
• Prepare technical documentation and strengthen the team's competencies.
• Identify improvement opportunities in the operation.

Requirements

• Professional in Electronic Engineering, Systems, Mechatronics, Telecommunications, or related fields.
• 3 years of experience in technical support for ATM, financial self-service, automation, or related sectors.
• 1 year of experience leading or coordinating technical teams.
• English B2 or higher – indispensable.
• Desirable experience in banking, fintech, or financial technology.
• Availability of schedules according to the needs of the operation.
