Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our Technology Management department, being responsible for leading the execution of high-complexity technological projects for strategic clients, ensuring compliance with deadlines, scope, costs, quality, and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a professional with solid experience in project management, leadership of multidisciplinary teams, and relationship management with corporate clients, capable of coordinating multiple initiatives in dynamic and high-demand environments.

Main responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of technological projects.
• Manage compliance with contractual commitments with clients.
• Administer schedules, budgets, and resources associated with projects.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage risks, contingencies, and change requests.
• Coordinate internal and external multidisciplinary teams.
• Prepare and present executive reports on project progress and status.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and project governance.
• Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and strategic clients.
• Ensure compliance with the financial and operational objectives of each initiative.

Education

• Ingeniería Civil Industrial.
• Ingeniería Informática.
• Ingeniería Electrónica.
• Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones.
• Ingeniería Eléctrica.
• Or a related career.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading high-complexity technological projects.
• Experience managing corporate clients or strategic accounts.
• Solid knowledge in planning, project control, risk management, and changes.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Desirable experience in technological infrastructure projects, telecommunications, technological integration, or critical services.

Certifications

Have at least one of the following certifications:

• PMP.
• CAPM.
• PRINCE2.
• Scrum.
• ITIL.
• Diplomado en Gestión de Proyectos.

Tools

• Microsoft Project.
• Microsoft Excel intermediate level.
• Microsoft 365.
• SharePoint.
• PowerPoint.

Desirable experience in:

• Power BI.
• Jira.
• Planner.
