At PROSEGUR, we are looking for a professional passionate about technology, innovation, and technical team management to take on the challenge of leading our Junior and Senior technician team at a national level.
You will be responsible for providing specialized second-level technical support for automated teller machines (ATM), IPC equipment, and Cash Today solutions, as well as handling complex incidents and leading technological projects alongside our clients and strategic allies.
Additionally, you will be the main technical link between local operations and factory support teams (GRG/OEM), contributing to continuous improvement, technical documentation, and the training of our field teams.
What will you do?
- Lead and provide technical guidance to the Junior and Senior technician team nationwide.
- Manage and resolve complex technical incidents related to ATM, IPC, and Cash Today.
- Coordinate expansion projects, application integration, and End to End processes in automated teller machine maintenance services.
- Participate in certification projects and pilots with clients.
- Maintain and develop technical documentation, manuals, and procedures.
- Act as a link with manufacturers and specialized technical support (GRG/OEM).
- Continuously train and strengthen the technical competencies of the field team.
- Promote efficient solutions and improvement opportunities in the operation.
What are we looking for?
- Professional in Electronic Engineering, Systems, Mechatronics, Telecommunications, or related careers.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support for automated teller machines (ATM), financial self-service equipment, automation, or related sectors.
- Minimum 1 year leading or coordinating technical teams in similar roles.
- English B2 or higher, indispensable for communication with factory support and handling technical documentation.
- Desirable experience in banking services, fintech, or financial technology.
- Desirable specialization or diploma in Project Management, Automation, or Financial Technology.
- Availability to work different schedules according to the needs of the operation.
