Deskripsi Pekerjaan Perform room grouping/mapping for high-value properties, ensuring room types are correctly mapped and grouped under the right room structure. Audit newly live global chain properties to ensure content completeness and accuracy (photos, descriptions, facilities/amenities, policies, and geo-location). Audit and integrate newly added rooms into existing property structures, including room media and correct grouping. Correct or escalate content discrepancies (wrong mapping, missing/incorrect photos, inaccurate policy or facility info) to the relevant team. Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets within the agreed turnaround time (SLA). Maintain task trackers and prepare regular progress reports (volume completed, backlog, error findings). Follow content guidelines/SOP and give feedback on edge cases.
