Do you enjoy outdoor activities and want to work for a brand that sets trends in technical clothing? In our Columbia brand store in Prague, we are looking for a partner who has sports in their heart and sales in their blood. We are not just a shop; we are a basecamp for everyone who loves nature – from weekend hikers to professionals. What will you be doing with us? Store care: Columbia must look great. Your task will be top-notch visual merchandising and restocking collections. Communication with the world: Prague is full of tourists, so you will use your English (or another language) with us every day. Working with technology: Operating the cash register, warehouse system, and e-shop orders will be your daily bread. What do we expect from you? Enthusiasm for outdoor: If you personally enjoy heading to the mountains, we will understand each other. Communication talent: You have a gift for speech, you are friendly, and you can advise a customer with a smile. Responsibility: We can rely on your word and punctuality. Active approach: When there isn't a queue at the cash register, you see what needs to be done (straighten a shelf, reprice goods). English at a communicative level: We cannot manage in Prague without it. Why work specifically for Columbia? A salary that will please you: Fixed salary + sales commission (your success is directly reflected in your pay).

Top-notch benefits: VIP prices on Columbia products for you and your family. Meal voucher allowance of 100 Kč for each worked day (net to pay). Up to 25 days of vacation (we know that even you need time in the mountains). Multisport karta, to stay in shape. We will dress you: You will receive stylish work clothing from the latest collections from us. Background and stability: We are a Czech company with a 30-year tradition representing the world elite. Workplace: On Příkopy (great public transport accessibility) Start date: 1.9.2026 Do you want to wear a brand that has meaning? Send us your CV. If you have a photo from the mountains or an event, feel free to attach it – we would love to see your outdoor vibe!
