The position:

SENIOR SCRUM MASTER WITH TECHLEAD MOE BACKGROUND

100% remote mission

• guarantee compliance with the Agile methodology within the Scrum team
• plan and facilitate agile ceremonies (poker planning, daily, refinement, demo, retro)
• ensure the link between developers, the PO, and more broadly the members of the team collaborating with the developers
• ensure permanent and peaceful dialogue
• address bottlenecks through clear and shared action plans
• take ownership of a number of subjects (for example, formalization of the environment management process)
• be proactive in proposing ways to improve the team's functioning
• build reporting that is clear and shared in its structure with the stakeholders within the project team
