BI DATA EXPERT CONSULTANT SSIS SQL SERVEUR AZURE DEVOPS

Mandatory skills

• Technical skills:

BI Design / Modeling (Flows & data models)

Significant experience in the complete implementation of BI Data ETL projects (design, modeling, realization) and in RUN operations in a Full Microsoft environment (SSIS, SQL Server: Modeling, stored procedures, SQL optimization, etc.).

Knowledge and implementation of the Microsoft AZURE DEVOPS suite (Git, Board Agile, CI/CD deployment Pipeline).

Fluent professional English

• Organizational skills

Significant experience in the implementation of BI data integration projects (datawarehouse & datamarts)

Ability to lead mini-projects autonomously while being supported by a project owner (AMOA) and/or the business side.

Ability to organize oneself, adapt to priorities, synthesize the progress of activities, and escalate alerts if necessary.

• Appreciated skill(s):

BI reporting tools: TABLEAU, IBM Cognos, Power BI

Accustomed to relations with offshore partners

Certifications in the MSBI suite

• Detailed mission description:

Ensure the RUN of existing applications (ETL, Databases, level 3 support)

Understand business challenges, problems to solve, and opportunities to realize.

Exchange and challenge business needs with the BI AMOA teams while taking technical constraints into account.

Propose, design, and specify viable, scalable technical solutions that take existing systems into account.

Writing technical documents (technical specifications, operating documents, etc.).

Advise, propose areas for improvement, and alert if necessary.

• Technical environment of the mission:

Data Foundation: SSIS, SQLServer (2016), stored procedures, Azure DevOps (Git, Board Agile, CI/CD deployment Pipeline)

Reporting: COGNOS BI 10.2 and 11 & Tableau

Mission start date: ASAP

Estimated mission duration: long - 3 months (renewable)

Profile sought:

Excellent technical level on the MSBI Data part - SSIS - SQL Server - Azure Devops

Good interpersonal skills, sense of communication, quality of oral and written expression, appetite for collaborative work and functional issues
