The position:

We are looking for a Dynamics Functional Project Manager, Supply Chain Operations to strengthen the IT & Digital teams of one of our clients.

Your position and your missions

As a member of the IT & Digital team, you will intervene at the heart of the Group's various development projects within an international scope. In compliance with the IT strategy established by the CIO, your mission consists of:

Project Management:

• Autonomously manage a portfolio of application projects, in coordination with business process owners and other IT teams.
• Guarantee project "delivery" in compliance with the schedule and budget.
• Ensure functional and technical studies of projects, in collaboration with business teams and "key users":
• Assist business units in defining needs and developing specifications.
• Write and/or manage the writing of all project documents (functional specifications, technical specifications, development, etc.).
• Lead project teams to coordinate workshops, deliverables, and respect the schedule.
• Propose and lead the maintenance and optimization of the ERP lifecycle.
• Build reporting associated with your activity, ensuring its consistency and governance.

Functional and Technical Support:

• Knowledge of the MS Dynamics Finance and Operations solution and lifecycle management.
• Provide your expertise on the Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Finance functions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Define the settings necessary for the implementation of the requested functionalities.
• Guarantee the consistency, integrity, and security of data related to the assigned applications.
• Control the testing, configuration, and production deployment phases.
• Control quality by verifying that the delivered product corresponds to the expressed need.
• Verify the consistency of the application and functional architecture and its evolution.
• Advise on the optimization of the use of existing tools and systems.

? Project Documentation:

• Guarantee the writing and maintenance of technical documentation.
• Document operational requirements by detailing the actions requested from the solution and the expected results.
• Support users daily in usage and incident resolution.
• Contribute to technological monitoring in fields such as IoT, Automation (RPA), Copilot.
• Organize training during the different phases of the project to familiarize end users with the various functions of Dynamics.

Profile sought:

A graduate with a Master's degree (engineering school or university), you have at least 5 years of experience in similar roles.

You have significant experience in the following areas:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Practice of supply chain and finance modules (WMS, TMS, procurement).
• Experience in integration and deployment projects.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to challenge business requests.
• Ability to translate needs into functionalities to be implemented by the technical team.
• Analytical, synthesis, and formalization skills.
• Strong listening and adaptation skills.
• Good oral and written communication.
• Ability to perform technological monitoring.
• Good level of English (written and oral).
