The position:

The objective of the Functional Solution Expert mission consists of describing/reproducing user journeys, use cases, and business processes of the business application solution. The mission also consists of ensuring the drafting of specifications for user, functional, and technical acceptance testing. The consultant must also describe or complete the operating procedures necessary for training the solution's users and write the scripts to manage level 1 & 2 support in the run/operations of the solution. Several cross-functional teams are involved in the scope: business, functional, technical, and software development. This project takes place within a large and complex scope in a highly evolving environment. The use cases/business processes must take into account 5 interfaces of the web and mobile solution. You will work in close collaboration with the teams in charge of duplicating the web and mobile solution.

MISSION DESCRIPTION

• Analyze "typical user" journeys and describe them.
• Describe business processes and associated functional diagrams.
• Describe technical processes based on architecture diagrams (HLD).
• Identify necessary modifications/evolutions (business, functional, and technical) and the components concerned: hardware, software, and technology.
• Draft the test plan, organize, and coordinate the acceptance testing of the solution's web and mobile interfaces.
• Create acceptance test books allowing for the testing of usages and functionalities by user type and interface.
• Supervise and participate in the performance of user and functional acceptance testing to guarantee the quality of the web and mobile interfaces.
• Create and/or complete the solution's operating procedures.
• Create or complete scripts for N1 & N2 support.
• Prepare deliverables and ensure their consistency to facilitate adoption and deployment to users.

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Engineering.
• At least 8 years of experience as a project manager and knowledge of international logistics.
• Functional knowledge of web and mobile solutions.
• Techno-functional profile appreciated, but the scope of this position is functional.
• Fluent English.
