development team, guiding employees, promoting an environment of collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance;Act as a technical reference for the team, supporting the professional development of employees through mentoring, feedback, and monitoring technical evolution;Distribute and monitor the team's demands, ensuring capacity balance, deadline compliance, and delivery quality;Facilitate agile ceremonies, technical refinements, and alignments between teams, removing impediments and promoting continuous improvement;Develop a macro vision of the business and the system, connecting technical decisions to strategic objectives and the product's success for the customer;Master business rules and flows to support assertive technical decisions, anticipating impacts and proposing higher-value solutions;Continuously analyze internal processes, identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements that increase efficiency and delivery quality;Perform technical direction of the team's activities, ensuring the adoption of good practices, architectural patterns, and agile methodologies suitable for each product;Define and monitor technical and team productivity indicators, promoting actions for continuous evolution of quality and delivery predictability;Share technical knowledge in a structured way, promoting the continuous training of employees and raising the team's collective quality level;Support the team in resolving complex technical problems, acting as a technical reference in both pair programming as well as reviews and specific guidance;Conduct code reviews with a focus on quality, security, performance, and adherence to best practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement;Plan, estimate, and lead the development of high-complexity projects, from technical refinement to delivery, ensuring alignment with product objectives;Act in partnership with Product Managers, Product Owners, and other business areas to align priorities, evaluate technical impacts, and define development strategies;Code alongside the team on strategic demands, new features, and critical projects, maintaining proximity to the code and serving as a technical reference for the team;Take ownership of urgent and critical developments, conducting resolution with autonomy, focus, and the ability to mobilize the team when necessary;Promote and implement practices of security, quality, and code performance, establishing standards that prevent vulnerabilities and ensure system scalability;Proactively manage technical debt, prioritizing, communicating, and executing action plans to maintain the technical health of the products;Participate in defining the architecture of solutions, evaluating technical impacts, scalability, maintainability, and system sustainability;Support recruitment and selection processes, participating in the technical evaluation of candidates and contributing to the formation of high-performance teams;Encourage a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement, researching, evaluating, and disseminating new technologies, frameworks, and engineering practices that add value to the business.Requirements and qualificationsCompleted Higher Education in Systems Analysis, Information Systems, Computer Science, or other related courses;Advanced knowledge in PHP language;Advanced knowledge in Javascript language;Advanced knowledge in Front-end Jquery, HTML, and CSS;Advanced knowledge in Github or Gitlab Versioning;Intermediate knowledge in Linux;Advanced knowledge in MySQL Database;Intermediate knowledge in AWS Environment;Advanced knowledge in TDD (Test-driven development);Advanced knowledge in Software Architecture;Advanced knowledge
