- Ensure implementation of financial regulations, policies, decisions, and instructions; develop financial strategies aligned with organizational goals; oversee financial requirements, expected returns, and risk levels.
- Coordinate with other departments to identify financial requirements, monitor expenditures, ensure compliance with financial policies, and submit recommendations to senior management.
- Participate in developing the Finance Department's objectives and implement plans, programs, and projects while establishing performance measures to monitor achievement.
- Supervise the preparation of financial reports, balance sheets, closing accounts, accounting records, and ensure the accuracy of financial entries and compliance with accounting standards.
- Oversee the preparation of financial performance summaries and reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, updates, and future initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Finance, MBA, or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in the hospitality and Hajj & Umrah sectors.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and compliance requirements.
