Civil Engineer - Outsource

Following up civil maintenance activities across the factory.

Supervising ongoing and upcoming civil projects.

Coordinating with contractors.

Monitoring site progress, quality, and proper execution of works.

Following up on multiple work locations simultaneously.

Supporting in handling the increased workload and ensuring timely completion of activities.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.

3–5 years of relevant experience in construction / civil works.

Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site activities.

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical documents.

Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work effectively within a team and under project deadlines.

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Good command of English.

Preferred Qualifications Experience in industrial, commercial, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects.

Experience in quantity surveying, BOQ, and contractor coordination.

Knowledge of project planning and scheduling tools such as MS Project is an advantage.

Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and construction documentation.
