Metrology Qualification Technician (M/F)

Your PROMAN Pau agency is recruiting a METROLOGY QUALIFICATION TECHNICIAN M/F for one of the world leaders in the manufacturing and packaging of pharmaceutical products.

Your tasks

Your main missions

• Participate in the update of procedures and protocols relating to the calibration and performance qualification of critical equipment
• Ensure the calibration of various measurement chains associated with the control and monitoring of production equipment, quality control, and utilities (pressure, temperature, speed, hygrometry, weighing, time counter, luminosity, flow rate, conductivity...)
• Write calibration reports and ensure the entry of results into the computerized system within the specified deadlines
• Perform performance qualifications of critical equipment: data exploitation (using suitable measurement acquisition systems), analysis of results, conclusion
• Write performance qualification reports for critical equipment within the specified deadlines
• Ensure follow-up and act as the interface with companies performing subcontracted metrology operations or performance qualifications
• In the event of incidents, initiate the corresponding document within the specified deadlines and actively contribute to their resolution: analyze the degraded situation and propose corrective actions that could be implemented
• Maintain the compliance of equipment and measuring instruments in accordance with international regulatory and normative frameworks (European BPF, American GMP, ISO standards...)

Requirements

• DUT Mesures Physiques option Techniques Instrumentales or equivalent diploma
• Experience acquired in the field of measurements, maintenance, electrotechnics
• At least 2 years of experience in the activity of qualification of production equipment and/or calibration of various physical parameters in the field of injectable products
• Good knowledge of BPF
• Intermediate English: reading, writing, and speaking
• Autonomy
• Analytical capacity and reactivity for the resolution of technical problems
• Rigor - Team spirit - Respect for work procedures - Sense of responsibility
• Mastery of IT tools

• Fixed hourly rate + 10% end-of-mission bonus + 10% paid leave.
