Quality Assurance and Measurement Specialist (M/F)

The position: Your PROMAN AERO team is looking for new talent in the Aeronautics sector! Who are we? The PROMAN AERO team is looking for a Quality Assurance and Measurement Specialist (M/F) whose main missions are to: Your main responsibilities are as follows: Guarantee the application of the "MEASUREMENT SYSTEMS & DEVICES: Specify, Qualify and Provide" process in the production department. Perform the qualification of measurement systems and manage their validation. Be the focal point for measurability issues in the Aerostructure production department. Perform and validate capability studies on new production means. Monitor machine geometries (technical solutions & tools), products (tools), and processes (technical solutions & tools). Identify and characterize geometric issues in the production department. Support the production department in resolving complex geometric issues. Support the production department in technical exchanges with internal and external clients, and BE. Lead / contribute to the implementation of technical improvements (geometry).

Profile sought: Required skills: We are looking for candidates with the following experiences and skills: With an engineering background in industrial/mechanical/statistical engineering, you have demonstrated experience and skills in physical Measurement. Knowledge of Mechanics and tolerancing, Project Management skills, knowledge of statistical process control. You are able to understand the different manufacturing and measurement processes of elementary aeronautical parts and are comfortable with data analysis. You enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams. SAP, Office, good mastery of Excel and macros. Knowledge of Minitab software is appreciated. Possessing good interpersonal skills, capable of working in multi-skill teams, autonomous, rigorous, open to change, you also have good analysis and synthesis skills. English level B1 minimum.
