Aeronautical Scheduler (M/F)

The position: Our agency PROMAN TERTIAIRE, for its client specializing in aeronautics, is looking for a Scheduler M/F. Under the responsibility of the Logistics Team Leader, you will ensure the management of logistical flows and physical stocks on maintenance sites, guaranteeing quality of service, respect for deadlines, and cost optimization. Your missions will be as follows: Consolidate site needs: specific parts, consumables, equipment, ingredients; Follow supply milestones via MS Project and contractual project data; Launch consumables related to work cards via the ERP; Ensure the supply of materials (spares, kits, equipment) within deadlines; Supervise inventories and alert in case of discrepancies; Record equipment movements for the end-of-site report; Manage stocks entrusted by the client and incoming/outgoing logistical flows; Manage arrival/departure zones in coordination with the storekeeper; Verify the presence and compliance of release documents upon receipt. Remuneration: Salary to be studied according to profile and experience. Composed of: Base salary 35h; 4 hours of overtime/week (base 39h); 13th month (calculated on 39h).

Profile sought: Training in logistics with experience in the aeronautical sector; Mastery of tools: TRAX, SAP, Excel; Knowledge of planning; Fluent English (minimum C1 level). All our positions are open to people with disabilities.
