Your temporary staffing agency PROMAN NANTES EXPERTISE is recruiting a Quality Engineer (M/F). As part of the control of manufacturing processes for elementary parts and the reduction of non-quality and inspection costs, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Measurement Engineer within Airbus Atlantic, based in Saint-Nazaire. Reporting to the Transversal Quality Assurance Manager, you will interface with various professions such as the Design Office, Industrialization, Production, Maintenance, and other quality services. You will work on all elementary part productions. You will be responsible for managing qualification projects for measurement means in various manufacturing sectors. Working hours will be during the day.

Your tasks

Your main missions will be

• Guarantee the application of the "MEASUREMENT SYSTEMS & DEVICES - Specify, Qualify and Provide" process in the production department.
• Perform the qualification of measurement systems and manage their validation.
• Be the focal point for measurability issues in the Aerostructure production department.
• Perform and validate capability studies on new production means.
• Monitor machine geometries, products, and processes.
• Identify and characterize geometric issues in the production department.
• Support the production department in resolving complex geometric issues.
• Assist the production department in technical exchanges with internal and external customers and the Design Office.
• Lead or contribute to the implementation of technical improvements related to geometry.

Requirements

Candidate profile sought: Industrial/Mechanical/Statistical Engineering Engineer (M/F)

We are looking for candidates with the following experiences and skills:

• Engineering degree in industrial, mechanical, or statistical engineering, with solid experience in physical measurement.
• Knowledge of mechanics and tolerancing.
• Project management skills.
• Mastery of process statistics.
• Ability to understand the different manufacturing and measurement processes for aeronautical elementary parts, as well as proficiency in data analysis.
• Taste for working in multidisciplinary teams.
• Good mastery of IT tools, notably SAP, Office, Excel, and macros. Knowledge of Minitab software is appreciated.
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to work in multi-professional teams, autonomy, rigor, and openness to change. Analytical and synthesis skills.
• English level B1 minimum.

Description of the sought candidate profile We are looking for an engineer in industrial, mechanical, or statistical engineering (M/F), with solid training and confirmed experience in physical measurement. The ideal candidate possesses project management skills, as well as a good mastery of statistics and manufacturing processes. They are also comfortable with IT, particularly with SAP, Office, and data analysis tools. A good level of English (B1) is required. You are rigorous, autonomous, and enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams to meet technical challenges.
