Development Engineer (M/F)

The position: Your temporary staffing agency PROMAN is recruiting a Development Engineer (M/F). Located in the Val de Reuil sector, you will be responsible for the management and organization of research and development (R&D) studies within the framework of the Innovation team's projects. Your missions will include the research, development, and validation of innovative materials, as well as the drafting of protocols and reports relating to material changes. You will actively participate in technological monitoring and provide technical support to the production, quality, and sales teams. You will also be required to resolve technical problems requiring expertise in materials. Furthermore, you will ensure the technical follow-up of technicians' topics, without hierarchical responsibility, and will be involved in their training. Your missions will include participating in material committees and other bodies if necessary. On the management side, you will guarantee the capitalization and archiving of files at the end of studies, as well as the follow-up of suppliers and subcontractors. You will also contribute to the implementation of the documentation necessary for the proper functioning of the department, in accordance with market requirements and product classifications. Finally, you will strictly ensure compliance with safety instructions related to risk prevention and fire safety. • Solid knowledge of procedures and instructions related to the function.
• Mastery of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and associated quality systems.
• Experience or understanding of ultra-clean environments.
• Knowledge of APTAR company products.
• In-depth skills in the field of materials: formulation, characterization, properties, process, and recommendation.
• Use of IT tools: SAP, MS Project, as well as office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Professional qualities:
