HR Business Partner (M/F)

The position: Your temporary staffing agency PROMAN is recruiting an HR Business Partner M/F. As part of your mission within a leading company in the aeronautics sector, you will be a true partner to managers and employees on all matters related to human resources. Your main responsibilities will include: - Supporting managers in the daily management of their teams.

• Participating in the definition of skill requirements and workforce monitoring.
• Managing recruitment and the onboarding of new employees.
• Ensuring career development and employee support.
• Advising managers on organizational issues and change management.
• Ensuring the contractual follow-up of employees.
• Participating in local social relations.
• Monitoring HR indicators and performing regular reporting.
• Contributing to cross-functional HR projects in connection with local teams and the group's HR functions.
• Ensuring compliance with ethics and compliance rules. Mission to be filled immediately.

A graduate of a Bac +5 higher education program in Human Resources, Business School, or equivalent, you have an initial experience of 3 to 5 years, including apprenticeships, in a generalist HR role, ideally in an industrial environment.
