The position: Your PROMAN recruitment agency is recruiting an HR Development & Training Officer (M/F). Reporting to the Human Resources department, your role will consist of contributing to the development of employee skills and the implementation of the training policy. You will be responsible for: Identifying and analyzing the training needs of the various departments. Building, deploying, and monitoring the skills development plan. Supporting managers in their training projects. Coordinating relations with training organizations and external partners. Ensuring the administrative, regulatory, and logistical follow-up of training actions. Managing funding and mechanisms related to professional training. Developing and monitoring HR dashboards and indicators. Participating in HR events and employer brand actions. Mission location: Rambervillers. Remuneration: Based on profile and company scale. Working hours: Monday to Friday during office opening hours. Mission to be filled immediately.

Profile sought: Profile sought Higher education in Human Resources (Bachelor's to Master's degree). Significant experience in a similar position. Good knowledge of professional training and its funding mechanisms. Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel. Knowledge of SAP is a plus. Professional English is indispensable.
