Your PROMAN TOURS 2 agency is recruiting for one of its clients specializing in the pharmaceutical sector a DATA MANAGEMENT - ARTWORKS TECHNICIAN (M/F)

Your tasks

Under the responsibility of the DATA MANAGEMENT and ARTWORKS service manager, your missions are:

• Control and validate plans, mock-ups, and packaging elements while ensuring compliance with technical requirements and client expectations
• Create, update, and validate associated internal documents, in French and occasionally in English
• Ensure the creation, modification, and deletion of articles, recipes, and bills of materials in the ERP
• Coordinate various internal and external stakeholders during the deployment of new packaging articles
• Manage the follow-up of BAT validations until their final approval
• Communicate evolutions and modifications to the relevant departments, notably sales administration, to guarantee the proper follow-up of client files
• Perform data entry, updating, analysis, and organization tasks.

The position is set within a defined operational framework, requiring the implementation of procedures and the choice of the most suitable instructions for each situation.

Requirements

Experience in a pharmaceutical environment as well as knowledge of GMP would be appreciated. You have a level from Bac to Bac + 2 in administration, management, supply chain, or quality. You master the Office pack and have a good knowledge of SAP. You have a good level of English, both spoken and written. You have significant experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry (minimum 1 year). You are motivated and this offer suits you, so do not let this opportunity pass!

What we offer

Remuneration: between €13.74 gross / hour and a maximum of €14.83 gross / hour (depending on experience)
