Electrician Required - Belfast & County Antrim

Location: Various locations across Belfast & County Antrim (BT15 3) Pay Rate: £27.00 per hour (CIS) Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm | 40 hours paid per week | 60-minute unpaid break Start Date: ASAP Duration: Ongoing until 31 December 2026

Electricians Wanted!

PROMAN is recruiting experienced Electricians across Belfast and County Antrim. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional team delivering electrical installation, maintenance, testing, and repair works across residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out safe isolation procedures in line with industry standards and company processes
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring systems, equipment, and accessories
• Conduct inspection and testing of fixed wiring systems in accordance with BS 7671 regulations
• Perform Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)
• Inspect and test in-service electrical equipment
• Diagnose and rectify faults using multifunction testers and specialist equipment
• Install, commission, and maintain fire detection and fire alarm systems to BS 5839-6 standards
• Work closely with other trades and site teams to deliver projects efficiently
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and electrical regulations
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high-quality workmanship

Essential Requirements

• Gold ECS Card
• Asbestos Awareness Certificate
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
• Level 3 Award in the Requirements for Electrical Installations BS 7671 (Latest Edition)
• Good understanding of Health & Safety within construction environments
• Proven experience in electrical installation, maintenance, testing, and fault-finding
• Strong knowledge of electrical regulations and safety standards
• Full UK/NI Driving Licence
• DBS Check Required
