Laboratory Technician

Incoming goods control:

• Performing tests for the release of incoming goods and semi-finished products, including associated analytical, visual, and functional tests according to established procedures and instructions.
• Collecting data that can lead to the release of incoming goods and semi-finished products based on performed controls, test results, and certificates. Performing/outsourcing calibration activities on test and measuring equipment after consultation with the Laboratory Lead.
• Collecting samples and sending them for analysis.
• Reporting and registering supplier complaints in consultation with the Laboratory Lead, if materials or products do not meet the specified quality requirements and material specifications.

Monitoring:

• Monitoring of rooms according to the monitoring plan for temperature, humidity, and microbiology.
• Analyzing and registering monitoring results.
• Investigation reporting in case of deviating results.
• Stock follow-up of monitoring materials.
• Performing measurement and testing activities for validation studies.

Calibration of measuring instruments and balances:

• Performing verifications for the purpose of calibrations according to the calibration schedule and the established calibration procedures.

General:

• Drafting and checking lab procedures.
• Ordering lab materials and reagents.
• Management of chemicals and reagents in connection with shelf life, waste, and safety.
• Performing measurement/testing activities for problem analysis.
• Correct (GRP) registration and archiving of results.
• Order and cleanliness (5S) in the lab.
• Experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry and knowledge of GMP regulations.
• Experience with performing analyses/tests for the purpose of release.
• Familiar with processing product data and drafting reports.
• Microbiological knowledge.
• Experience with performing incoming goods control.
• Entrepreneurship/sense of responsibility.
• Positive attitude, proposing possible solutions.
• Strong administratively
• Stress-resistant.
• Good knowledge of English (oral and written).
