A large and stable governmental organization is looking for a SOC Analyst

Responsibility for the identification, response, and prevention of cyber threats on critical infrastructures. The role includes real-time monitoring and response, incident investigation in SIEM and SOAR systems, vulnerability analysis, and vulnerability management.

Significant advantage for those with military experience in the technological field!

• Log analysis, anomaly detection, and response to security events from the SIEM system
• Performing cyber intelligence operations, identification of weaknesses and vulnerabilities
• Analysis and investigation of ongoing and exceptional cyber attacks and events
• Working with technological teams and internal organizational entities

• At least one year of experience as a SOC / NOC Analyst / military experience in a technological field – Mandatory
• Experience working with SIEM and SOAR systems
• Deep understanding of communication protocols (DNS, HTTP/S, UDP, TCP/IP)
• Seriousness, high personal responsibility, and the ability for independent learning
• Ability to read and write in English – Mandatory
• Relevant education and relevant courses in the field
• Experience in building detection logic (Detection Engineering) in SIEM systems – Significant advantage
• Ability to read/write code – Advantage
