Flyer Distrubtion
Part-Time Flyer Distributor (Door-to-Door) — ProLearn 📍 HDB estates in Jurong East / Bishan / Tampines 💰 $8/hour base + $5/hour KPI bonus (up to $13/hour)
Shifts (must be able to commit to the full shift)
- Thursday: 5.00pm – 8.00pm
- Saturday: 10.00am – 1.00pm
- Sunday: 11.00am – 2.00pm
About us ProLearn is a Singapore tuition centre running individual lesson plans in small group classes. We’re looking for reliable helpers to share our flyers with families in the neighbourhood.
What you’ll do
- Distribute ProLearn flyers door to door to every unit in your assigned HDB blocks
- Work top-down: take the lift to the top floor, then cover each floor on the way down
- Slip each flyer fully under the door or into the letterbox; never leave it on gates, shoe racks or in corridors
- Skip units with “No flyers” or “No junk mail” signs
- Send a photo at the start and end of each block, and report the block numbers covered and flyers left over at the end of your shift
- Follow the assigned route and schedule
Pay & KPI
- Base pay: $8/hour for every shift completed
- KPI bonus: an extra $5/hour (+$15 per 3-hour shift) when you hit the shift target
- Shift target: at least 600 units covered in the shift (about 200 units per hour, roughly 1 standard HDB block per hour)
- To qualify for the bonus: Every unit in each assigned block covered, with no skipped floorsPhoto proof sent for each blockLeftover flyers returned and counted (flyers issued minus returned should match the units covered)
Requirements
- Responsible, punctual and honest
- Able to commit to the full 3-hour shift
- Comfortable walking and taking stairs for 3 hours
- Able to work independently and use WhatsApp to send photos
- No experience needed. Students and part-timers welcome!
