The Role The Transport Operator is responsible for safely, compliantly, accurately, and professionally transporting Progressive Industrial Fluids products between our facility, customer locations, and other designated sites.
This is more than a driving position. The Transport Operator plays an important role in Progressive?s logistics, operations, and customer-service functions. You are responsible for ensuring the right products arrive at the right location, in good condition, and on time, while maintaining the documentation, vehicle condition, and regulatory compliance required for safe commercial transportation.

This requires careful attention to load securement, Transportation of Dangerous Goods requirements (where applicable), safe material handling, vehicle inspections, and site-specific customer requirements. Because Transport Operators are often one of the most visible Progressive representatives at a customer?s facility, professionalism matters. You are expected to communicate respectfully with customers, follow site requirements, handle delivery paperwork accurately, and communicate any delivery issues or customer concerns to the appropriate Progressive team member.
The position also works closely with our Logistics, Warehouse, Production and Customer Service teams. When not on the road, you may assist with loading, unloading, staging, material movement, vehicle preparation and other logistics or warehouse activities required to keep orders moving efficiently.
