M&E Coordinator

Job Description:

Overall responsible for the Mechanical & Electrical works of the Project.

Conduct coordination meetings with all M&E sub-contractors to resolve design conflicts and other technical concerns.

Coordinate with the various department (Project, Contracts) for the planning and execution of various M&E installation works.

Involved in discussion on contractual matters with sub-contractors.

Liaise with Consultants, Architect, and Authorities.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 5 years relevant working experience on building projects with having at least 2 years in BTO project.

Results-oriented with a proven track record in the building industry.

AUTOCAD and BIM knowledge.
