JOB OBJECTIVE: Lead the financial planning and budgetary management of the business, developing forecasts, budgets, and financial scenarios that ensure reliable and timely information for strategic decision-making and efficient resource allocation. Drive the financial performance and profitability of the organization through results analysis, identification of cost optimization opportunities, investment evaluation, and the generation of initiatives that maximize return and value for the business.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related. Master's degree in Finance or Business (MBA). 3 to 5 years of experience in managerial positions in Financial Planning or Management. Advanced English proficiency (100%).
