Objective: Execute the scheduling of customer orders, creation and entry of the customer database, and resolve any conflict or complaint that arises during any of the stages of the order process through the delivery of each of the customers' orders.

• Requirements:
• Student of Bachelor's in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related career; 1 year of work experience in Call Center, Customer Service, Data Entry. Required experience in database administration and spreadsheet management. Proficiency in Excel - Intermediate; SAP S4HARA (Desirable); Schedule availability (variable shifts from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm); Basic English (required).
