JOB OBJECTIVE: Lead and manage merger, acquisition, alliance, and divestiture (M&A) projects, ensuring compliance with objectives, timelines, costs, and the effective coordination of teams, advisors, and stakeholders. Evaluate investment and growth opportunities, developing business cases, defining financing strategies, and formulating recommendations aligned with the organization's strategic objectives. REQUIREMENTS: Graduate in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (required). MBA graduate or related master's degree. Experience managing M&A processes in their transactional stage. Understanding of the markets where we operate and the commercial and financial environment. Advanced English proficiency (100%).
