JOB OBJECTIVE: Lead the design and formulation of the Progreso Strategy, its current and new businesses; develop and implement the strategic process and the strategic tools to be used; develop the group's growth strategy, identify market, industry, and economic environment trends to select markets, geographies, and business opportunities, lead the successful design and development of new business projects. REQUIREMENTS: Graduate in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (required). MBA or related master's degree. Experience leading strategic planning processes and/or new business project development. Advanced English proficiency (100%).
