TRAINEE - TECHNICAL CENTER (CT)

The trainee will work in the Technical Center, supporting initiatives focused on the development of factory technical training, innovation, digitalization of processes, and the application of new technologies in the business. Responsabilidades e atribuições Act in strategic projects related to innovation and new technologies; Support digitalization and automation initiatives for training and processes; Participate in the implementation of technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (IA), Virtual Reality (VR), and Augmented Reality (AR); Contribute to technical training, integrations, and content development for the operation; Support the organization and standardization of the Technical Center's internal processes; Act in continuous improvements related to training, development, and knowledge management; Interact with different areas of the factory, supporting technical and strategic demands;

Requisitos e qualificações Availability to work 100% in-person and full-time; Reside in São José dos Pinhais or within a radius of up to 100 km; Completed degree in Administração, Psicologia, TI, Engenharia de automação (Graduation at most 2 years ago); Desirable experience in Artificial Intelligence (IA) projects, digital tools and technological innovation, and Logic and programming; Desirable knowledge in People Analytics; Advanced Office Package and Power BI; Advanced English;
