Solution Designer - Business Process & UX Architect (m/f/d) (Software Architect)

To strengthen our product management environment, we are looking for a Business Process & UX Architect (m/f/d) with a strong understanding of processes, systems, and user needs.

Your Mission

You make complex industrial processes understandable, efficient, and scalable. As a Business Process & UX Architect, you ensure that our digital products not only function technically but are also intuitive and error-free for users, providing them with real added value. Your focus: clarifying processes, reducing complexity, and shortening time-to-value.

Your Tasks

• You translate complex business, diagnosis, and service processes into clear software and workflow concepts
• You identify automation potential and improve workflows for our users
• You design consistent system logics around services, SLAs, roles, and permissions
• You develop intuitive User Journeys with a focus on ease of use and high adoption
• You work closely with Product Management, UX, and Development
• You support product development through clear documentation, communication, and user feedback

Your Profile

• Completed studies in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Industrial Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a comparable technical degree program
• Experience in the field of Business Process Design, UX/System Architecture, or product conception
• Experience working with Product Management and agile development teams (Scrum)
• Very good understanding of B2B software, industrial applications, or IoT platforms
• Ability to present complex technical content clearly, structured, and user-oriented
• Very good written and spoken English skills

Advantageous

• Experience with industrial software, IoT platforms, or technical B2B products
• Knowledge in the field of machine diagnosis, condition monitoring, or service processes
• Experience with process and UX tools (e.g., BPMN, Figma, Confluence, Jira)
• Interest in AI-supported process or workflow automation
