Treasury Analyst, Singapore HQ Real Estate Company

About the company

Our client is a Singapore-headquartered organisation in the real estate sector. As a result of business needs, they are seeking a seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Analyst to join its treasury team.

Your tasks

The role will focus on cash and liquidity management, treasury operations, foreign exchange risk management and financial risk analysis. You will support the execution of approved Spot, Forward and Option transactions, monitor derivative transactions and treasury exposures, maintain treasury monitoring and reporting templates. The role will also manage daily cash flow and liquidity management, analyse the group’s foreign exchange exposures and contributing to the development and implementation of hedging strategies. In addition, you will liaise with banking counterparties, prepare treasury reports, perform reconciliations, drive process improvements and work closely with internal stakeholders on secured lending projects and other treasury initiatives.

Requirements

Ideally, you are a Bachelor's degree holder in Finance, Accountancy, Business, Economics or a related discipline, with 3 years of relevant experience in treasury, finance, banking or accounting. A basic understanding of foreign exchange products, treasury operations or financial markets will be an advantage. Strong analytical and numerical skills, attention to detail, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good communication skills are essential.
