RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Purchasing Director, you will manage a supplier portfolio to ensure cost control, product quality, partner reliability, and compliance with deadlines. Your main missions:
- Management of purchase requests: meet the needs of sales teams from listed suppliers and process requests with reactivity and efficiency.
- Internal consulting: act as a proactive advisor to sales teams in choosing suitable products and suppliers.
- Negotiation: negotiate pricing conditions for new requests and participate in annual negotiations with certain suppliers.

- Mobility: undertake occasional travel at a national or international level to meet suppliers and participate in audits.
REQUIRED PROFILE:
With a background in purchasing, you have a successful first experience in a buyer role within an industrial or distribution environment.
- Education: Bac+2/Bac+3 specialized in purchasing (type DUT/BUT, professional license, BTS with a specialization in purchasing).
- Experience: Significant experience in purchasing, ideally in industry or BtoB distribution.
- Technical skills: mastery of purchasing and supplier negotiation techniques, good understanding of logistics processes and their constraints.
- Personal qualities: dynamism, results orientation, professionalism, curiosity, strong analytical capacity, and synthesis skills.
- Interpersonal skills: ability to share information, disseminate best practices, and collaborate effectively with sales teams.
- Autonomy and commitment: sense of responsibility, involvement, desire to build a long-term career within a human-sized entrepreneurial environment.
- Languages: professional English required to communicate with certain suppliers and follow market developments.
