Site Manager Electricity

Are you an experienced site manager with knowledge of electricity who loves taking responsibility and gains energy from coordinating people and projects? Do you like working on-site, but also enjoy the bigger picture and translating plans into reality?

For our client, a growing player within technical installations, we are looking for a site manager electricity who forms the bridge between project management and execution. You will work on innovative and energy-efficient projects such as office buildings, residential care centers, and residential buildings, where smart techniques regarding lighting, climate control, and access control are central.

What will you do?

• You are responsible for the daily management on the site and monitor the progress of the works
• You direct technicians and subcontractors and motivate your teams
• You translate the general planning into a clear and achievable daily schedule
• You manage materials and ensure that everything is present on time and correctly
• You closely monitor quality, safety, and execution and adjust where necessary
• You detect additional works and actively think along regarding optimizations within the project
• You are the first point of contact on the site for all parties involved

You will work on various projects spread across Vlaanderen, where no two days are the same and you have a direct impact on the final result.

What do you bring?

• Multiple years of experience as a site manager within electricity (at least 5 years)
• Strong in planning, organizing, and delegating
• Experience in motivating and coordinating teams on the site
• Smooth communication with colleagues, subcontractors, and customers
• A hands-on mentality with a strong sense of responsibility
• In possession of a driving license B and a VCA VOL certificate
• Smooth knowledge of English to help you professionally excel
