Project Manager Jr. - Unidad de Diseño e Impresión

Job Objective

Manage and provide administrative and operational follow-up to can design and printing projects, ensuring adequate coordination between clients, the Director de Diseño, and the involved areas. They will be responsible for organizing requirements, controlling progress, delivery dates, approvals, and documentation for each project, ensuring that work is developed according to the established scope, quality, and timelines. Likewise, they will support office administration and will be responsible for its opening and closing, therefore an honest, responsible, and highly reliable person is required.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Mercadeo, Diseño Industrial, Gestión de Proyectos, or a related field.
• One year of experience in project coordination, customer service, administrative management, or account follow-up.
• Experience preparing schedules, reports, control charts, and activity tracking.
• Desirable experience in advertising agencies, design studios, printing companies, packaging, manufacturing, or related industries.
• A person with less experience who possesses high potential, organization, a good level of English, and learning capacity may be considered.
