Financial Accountant (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Financial / Balance Sheet Accountant m/f/d for our client in Crimmitschau.

Your tasks include:

• Monitoring and performing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed asset accounting
• Invoice verification and posting of ongoing business transactions (incl. bank, cash, travel expenses)
• Account reconciliations as well as reconciliation of general and subsidiary ledgers
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS incl. reporting
• VAT advance notifications and other tax/statistical reports
• Collaboration in liquidity planning and tax returns
• Ensuring timely evaluations and maintenance of master data
• Cooperation with tax advisors and participation in internal and external reporting

Your qualifications:

• Completed degree in Business Administration (Berufsakademie) or commercial training with several years of professional experience
• Sound knowledge and several years of experience in balance sheet accounting, accounting, and taxes
• Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office
• Good organizational skills
• Good written and spoken English skills
