Position Overview

• We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Shadow Teacher to support students with special needs.
• This role plays a vital part in assisting students academically, emotionally, and socially.
• The Shadow Teacher works closely with the main teacher and the educational team to ensure individualized learning support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the main teacher in delivering lessons tailored to individual student needs.
• Provide one-on-one support and facilitate small group learning activities.
• Prepare learning materials and instructional resources.
• Support students in maintaining focus, engagement, and positive behavior.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
• Encourage students’ academic progress, independence, and personal development.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, therapists, and staff members.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with students and their families.
• Monitor student progress and address challenges during the learning process.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Female/Male candidate
• Bachelor’s degree with a major in: education, Psychology or Special Education
• 1–3 years of teaching experience (experience with special needs students is an advantage)
• Fluent in English
• Locatiob: Jakarta Timur
