Reporting to the Design Office Manager, you will ensure the development and coordination of industrial technical projects in compliance with the company's strategic orientations. In this capacity, you will intervene in the context of the development and improvement of our product ranges. Your main missions

• Your primary role will be to design solutions, orchestrate the development and industrialization of new products in connection with the Marketing, Supply Chain, Purchasing, IT, Production, and Quality functions.
• A true player in product development, you bring technical competence and product sensitivity.
• With the support of project teams, you guarantee the technical feasibility and the technical specifications used to succeed in the commercialization and industrialization of the product.
• You plan and ensure the monitoring of the various project phases, coordinating the actions to be implemented by all project stakeholders.
• You lead cross-functional meetings and are responsible for the proper transmission of information between the departments concerned.
• Depending on your interests, you will also be required to create and maintain up-to-date bills of materials and manufacturing processes in the company's ERP.

Profile sought With a degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, you benefit from a minimum of 3 years of successful initial experience in a product development role within a design office. Experienced Design Office technician profiles (minimum 10 years) will also be considered. Your taste for the field and your interpersonal skills will be essential to successfully carry out your mission. A true facilitator, your open personality will allow you to collaborate effectively with all your internal and external interlocutors. Your taste for innovation will allow you to find competitive solutions to the problems of our profession. Passionate in your field, you approach technical challenges pragmatically. Rigor, synthesis skills, ability to propose solutions, decision-making ability, autonomy, and dynamism characterize you. You master CAD tools, notably Solidworks. Technical English required.
